Diabolus

Diabolus is a browser-based isometric action RPG inspired by classic gothic dungeon crawlers.

Descend through 16 procedurally generated levels beneath Hollowmere Cathedral, battle the demonic legions of the Burning Abyss, uncover powerful loot, and confront Diabolus, the Dread Lord.

Features:

• Choose from three distinct classes: Warrior, Rogue, or Mage, each with unique attributes, equipment, abilities, and playstyles.

• Explore four atmospheric biomes: the Cathedral, Catacombs, Caves, and the Abyss.

• Hunt for deep randomized loot with normal, magic, rare, and unique item tiers, prefix/suffix affixes, a paper-doll equipment system, and a classic grid-based inventory.

• Level up your hero, invest attribute points, master spells and abilities, build elemental resistances, and defeat powerful named bosses.

• Built entirely with HTML5 Canvas and vanilla JavaScript—no downloads, plugins, or installation required.

Controls: Left-click to move and attack. Right-click to use your class ability. Press 1–4 for special abilities, I to open your inventory, and B to view your character sheet.

Desktop play is recommended.
